Services

Three ways we work.

Most engagements fall into one of three shapes. The right shape depends on where you are, what's at stake, and how quickly you need to move.

01 — Diagnostic

The two-week read.

A focused, time-boxed look at one part of the business — a product line, a team, a metric that's drifting. We talk to the right people, look at the right data, and come back with a written read of what's working, what isn't, and what we'd change first.

Best for: Founders or operators who want a second set of eyes before committing to a bigger move.

Deliverables: a written diagnostic memo, a prioritized list of recommendations, and a working session to walk your team through it.

Engagement length: two weeks. Fixed scope, fixed fee.

02 — Build

The eight-week build.

For when the diagnosis is already clear and the work is to actually ship the change. This is where we build the dashboard, codify the process, write the playbook, or stand up the new operating rhythm. We work alongside your team, not in parallel to them.

Best for: Teams who know what needs to change and need a senior partner to drive it without expanding headcount.

Deliverables: the artifact itself — dashboard, playbook, framework — plus the rituals and ownership to keep it alive after we leave.

Engagement length: six to eight weeks. Milestone-based.

03 — Embedded

The standing partner.

An ongoing relationship for operators who want a thinking partner on retainer — someone in the room for the strategic conversations, the metrics review, the off-site planning, the quiet "is this a real problem or am I imagining it" check-ins.

Best for: Founders and operators between hires, or in roles where peer-level external counsel is rare.

Deliverables: standing weekly or biweekly time, async availability, written notes after every working session, quarterly written read of the business.

Engagement length: minimum three months, renewable.

How it starts

The first conversation is free.

Every engagement starts the same way: a 30-minute call to understand what you're working on, what's getting in the way, and whether Kipsis is actually the right fit. If we're not, we'll tell you — and where we can, we'll point you toward someone who is.
